Jolly RancherFreeze Dried Original Fruit Flavored Candy Bag, 3.1 oz

I bought these as part of an end-of-school-year gift for my kids, and they were a hit! We actually liked them even more than regular Jolly Ranchers—the flavor is incredible, and the best part is that nothing gets stuck in your teeth. The taste is super bold—honestly, so flavorful that one or two at a time is plenty. A fun, intense treat we’ll definitely keep in the rotation!

This is 5 star because they taste as you'd expect, delicious. The flavor hits strong, and unlike sucking on the hard candy for hours, you'll be done with this bag in less than a minute.

When these are made correctly (completely puffy and no hard candy left) and don’t arrive smashed to bits they’re great. Love the texture as they dissolve on my tongue. Sometimes they’re shipped just in the bubble mailers, they get smashed in shipping and the bag arrives as mostly powder. Sometimes they’re shipped also ship them in a box, but it amazes me that they put the candy directly against the bottom/side/top of the box and then paper only on one side. During shipping the candy still gets smashed to bits because it’s against the box hitting whatever else it may encounter during shipping. I’d think one would put the packing paper in the box, then the candy, then the paper again. That way the candy is surrounded on all sides with paper and not making direct contact from any side with the box. I also don’t like that the pricing constantly changes, throughout the day even. I’ll only buy when the price is lower because you can buy an entire pound of the regular candy for about the same price, however a pound of these after being freeze dried would be the amount of four bags. So we’re paying 4x the actual cost just to have them freeze dried.

Still good because they are jolly ranchers. Who doesn't like Jolly Ranchers. But I have got these on many, many occasions and for some reason the light airy fluffy ones are not consistent. One bag might have 20% light and fluffy and then 80% that I would consider failures for freeze dried jolly ranchers, and then every now and then you might get a bag that is 80% light and fluffy and 20% not meeting standards. Doesn't really matter because those good bags with perfect freeze dried jollybranchers are few and far between. Hooked on them for at least a year. I buy probably 10 bags a week. I prefer to buy non Jolly Rancher brands, because they are always perfect. However Jolly Rancher is way easier to get, so they win. But I wish they would fix the problem. Freeze dried Jolly Ranchers arr supposed to be light, fluffy, airy, and basically instantly melt in your mouth. Not sure why they fall short of that

Delicious plus cheaper than the majority of the freeze dried candies I found while shopping not to mention this is by the maker. The amount you get for the price is great as well.

The image is of what I received brand new. There’s barely any actual candy and what I did get was a weird sticky crunchy texture. I normally enjoy freeze dried candy and had high hopes since I like Jolly Ranchers in general. The flavor was the same but the texture was really hard and sticky and since it’s freeze dried it puffed up so you had to kind of awkwardly chew on it. This is normally not a problem but unlike other freeze dried candies this didn’t have a satisfying crunch. I ended up throwing it away. There’s very little value for what you pay and it wasn’t worth actually eating. I will never order this again.

I’m so happy that I can enjoy Jolly Rancher’s candy again. They crunchy and delicious and they don’t pull my crown off like the regular ones do.
