First, let me start by saying I paid the full Amazon price for this item and have been in no way encourage or enticed to leave feedback. Am am floored by the qualify/price of this trampoline as well as the service. We received this trampoline the first week of July. Assembly was simple but there were a few tricky parts, like sliding the poles into the netting without the foam shifting, but nothing too terrible that we couldn't figure out. It took maybe 2 hours total to install with 2 of us. The kids, of course, loved it immediately. I liked the higher weight limit than most other similar trampolines and the kids like that the netting is on the outside of the padding so they get a little extra room. We got the 15 foot one and it's huge. Plenty of room! They put the sprinkler under it and jump in the water, the take their nerf guns in there...hours of fun.On July 22, just a few weeks after we got this thing, tragedy struck in the form of a microburst. Not really tragedy in the grand scheme of things of course, but the better part of a tree ended up wanting a go on the trampoline too! I guess it got tired of watching and wanted a turn. This was an insane storm, even by Kansas standards, which resulted in others' trampolines crushed like tinfoil all over the roads, a fire hydrant ripped out of the ground on our street, and a large round hay bale flying over a fence!Amazingly, we pulled the tree off to find a minimally injured trampoline! The frame was perfect, and not a single tear or snag in the jumping surface or netting! The only damage was that three of the netting poles got bent. I contacted the seller, who has bent over backwards to get us new poles. I mean, literally, they have provided the BEST customer service I have EVER experienced.So in summary, the trampoline is awesome. We were 5-star happy on day 1. And now, following its survival through that storm and resulting customer service to get it fixed, we're at like 10 stars! I've never been as happy with an Amazon purchase as I am this one!

The trampoline itself is great. We've had it for 4 years and it's gotten a lot of use. The screen got a rip in it (I think it was my fault in how I put it on initially) and then my four year old made it a lot worse. I was worried about whether we could replace it, so I sent a message here and Lynn got right back to me and sent it to me for $90. The entire process took less than a week and the trampoline looks brand new again. I bought this one, rather than a cheaper one, because I wanted it to last for 10+ years so my older and younger kids could all enjoy it. Really nice trampoline and even better customer service. They even emailed after the net was delivered to make sure it got here ok and we were happy with it. I'm just really impressed with how much effort they put into making sure we were happy.

The media could not be loaded. This trampoline, so far, has everything I had hoped for! The rim to secure the net around the top so you don’t have a sagging net, nice thick spring padding, comfortable ladder, pumpkin shaped poles and durable zipper! Other trampolines like it were at least another $100+ on price, so I feel like this was a great value for the cost. It went together fast- very easy assembly! The only thing my husband struggled with was how to tie the net down around the base of the trampoline- our old trampoline used a cord that weaves all the way through. This uses clips. Make sure you check the pictures online or the video if you’re puzzled by the clips! But my daughter figured it out in a few minutes just by looking at the design. The whole unit appears very durable as both my husband and I have jumped on it now, and all the kids enjoy it.WARNING for trampoline owners: if you have leaves fall onto your trampoline (or any other potential slippery objects) sweep them off before you allow kids to jump. It was much more slick than we anticipated and my son slipped and broke his tibia jumping into the leaf piles. This was user error on our part and does not reflect our review of the product!

I love it and my kids love it! The safety features are excellent. It's very sturdy and the quality is easy to see and feel. The padding is high quality amd the zippers on the nest are strong. I feel very comfortable with my kids on this trampoline. The designers thought of everything, saftey-wise. It also looks amazing. I've seen some other trampolines that aren't nearly as nice.

I would definitely recommend buying a trampoline from this company. The trampoline is the highest quality and very safe! The kids love it! It is padded very well and worry free ! Customer service exceeded my expectations when contacted. They contacted me right away and replacement was made very easy!Instructions and putting together was hassle free! With all the different companies available on Amazon I would choose buying another without hesitation from this companyExcellent trampoline!!!!!
