The item arrived as promised. The packaging was good. I liked the ease of setting up the machine. The sound while juicing is not bad. It's a good value for the machine. I find the speed a little slower than my previous juicer, but it work well for my juicing needs. I know I can put in whole fruits, but I prefer to cut them for a quicker result. I like that you can open the lid to put the fruits in, and the safety latch is a good feature. I have used the juicer 3 times since receiving it, and the clean process is easy. I make around 10 bottles of 16 ounce juices for my family, and the quality of the juice is good.

Was skeptical at first, but it works like a charm! Test run on 4 carrots and 1 apple, more than enough for 1 adult, juice is surprisingly sweet and pulp is only slightly damp when squeezed. I usually just roughly chop leftover fruit and veggies, the machine does a great job getting through all the contents.Pulp are still very much usable. Since its super fine, it'll be easy sneak into cooking or baking for kids who don't like veggie. Some of my family members add some pulp back in to juice for the fiber intake, but dont have to risk breaking a teeth.Clean up is easy too, no sharp blades like blender. Its easy peasy after first time. It comes with a brush and wedge tip tool for all the crevices.
