Will this filter kit work on a oylmpia ro system as well?

Mine was not the same brand as yours but as long as the replacement tubes are 10 inches, they are going to fit. They are pretty much the same as the Olympia brand but cheaper

What is the circumference of the housings for these filter so I can determine what size water wrench strap to buy?

You shouldn't need a wrench they should only be hand tightened. Hope this helps
