This is a great well made chest. I have no regrets on getting it I know it’s expensive but well worth it. I’ll include some photos of the packaging and it does come well packed. My only regret is I wish I would’ve probably went bigger. This is a 42 inch but it does work really well. It comes with Styrofoam packed all around it but from the photos you can see. I already started to remove some of it when I took these, but I wanted you to see how it comes packaged.

Love the beautiful craftsmanship & wood grain of this polished, beaut waterfall closure of this chest. It is quietly elegant & stately, commanding attention in a most humble way.I have placed this gorgeous piece of furniture in a prominent place in my bedroom which you immediately notice as soon as you enter the room! Who would think that something so charming is storing ordinary, everyday blankets! Love it!!!❤️❤️❤️

I ran a woodworking business for many years, specializing in antique restoration and reproductions. Let me tell you, these folks do some high end, amazing work. I feel for this quality, the price is more than fair. The finish is smooth and the joinery is perfect. They took the time to match the color and grain of the adjoining woods, and even intentionally placed a beautiful piece of tiger grain in the front at the waterfall edge. We can’t wait for the nice honey tone patina to set in. Nice to know there are still folks out there that build with passion and attention to detail. Simply stunning, I would give them 5 more stars if it were an option!

When I was a girl, I bought a Lane hope chest which I still have and use. I wanted to carry on the tradition with my daughters but since Lane is out of business, I decided to take a chance with this company, and I am so glad I did. I ordered this for my daughter for Christmas and on the evening of the 19th a beautiful 9-hole frame was delivered to my door, and I got a notification that the hope chest had been delivered. I was so confused but then realized that I was sent someone else item by accident instead of the chest. I was panicking! This was my daughter's main gift for Christmas! I reached out to the company via Amazon and told them what the situation was. They told me to keep the frame as an apology for the mistake and told me they were sending another chest. I was so stressed out because I just knew it wouldn't arrive in time but on Christmas Eve the new chest was delivered! It was packaged up really well and the chest was in perfect shape. When my daughter opened it up Christmas morning she gasped with delight. The chest is so beautiful, and the finish is so perfect, and the lock is so easy to use. It is definitely an heirloom piece. My husband inspected it and said it is very well made. I am so grateful for the wonderful customer service of this company and for the amazing quality of this chest!

I got this for my wife for Christmas and she loves it. She stopped her day immediately to find it a home and fill it up with blankets and quilts. Nicely built and sturdy.

As stated it is beautiful; love the wood grain; stain and finish! Craftsmanship is exceptional. Was well packaged and shipped in reasonable time. Love the quality; well worth the price. I recommend this piece and company.

I ordered the natural finish because the picture had a whitewashed look. When it arrived I was disappointed that it looked like bare wood. Beautifully finished, just not stained. It does not look good with my white iron bed and mahogany furniture. The seller agreed to accept the return but I was responsible for the return shipping charges which were going to be over $300 so I decided to keep it. It is beautiful, solid wood piece of furniture. It is something that you can be proud to have in your home. I just wish I had ordered a darker color.

I was so hesitant to spend a higher amount of money on a piece of furniture online; but wow- this has exceeded expectations. The finishing is stunning, and everything about it is top-notch and worth the price of investment. I bought this for my daughter and hope it will become a cherished family heirloom for many years to come.I love the slow close hinges as well; my daughter can close on her own and helps to watch for any fingers that might get pinched- so that was a big help.Packaging from shipping was great and well-packed to prevent most dings on corners.Thank you all so much for your work; it truly shows in the piece.
