This dress fit very well. I am 5'5, 155lbs, and am more or less hourglass shaped. I got a size medium and it fit great! I love the fabric and it is light and breathable. Looks super cute under a corset. I got the green color and it is just like the picture.

Quality dress! This dress is thick, it has a lining, the embossed edging is impeccable. It’s not often you come across a garment these days that is made with this kind of attention to detail and not have to pay a small fortune for it. It fits great too. Love this dress!!

It’s very flattering and the color is really pretty. The sleeves elastic is a little tight (although not uncomfortable) but I have bigger arms. I would definitely buy this in more colors.

This dress actually fit decently on my body. I am plus sized, about 2x, and this dress looked nice and was comfortable. That being said the material was a little strange. It was a bit more stretchy than I had expected and the dress wasn’t as structured as I had hoped. It looked better with a petticoat underneath to make it have a little more volume in the skirt. It was perfect for a Halloween outfit.

This dress is beautiful! It is super flattering and fit great. And has pockets!!! 10/10

i'm giving 3 stars because this company pretends like petite people don't exist and rarely make any of their clothes in XS. i bought a small hoping it might work but it looks comically bad on me. the top is so huge and poofy it looks like i have boobs on my back as well as in front. i am not an unusually small human adult. i'm 5 feet tall, wear a 32C bra, and this dress is not flattering. it's too bad because i love the stripes, the overall design, and pockets. scarlet darkness needs to make it in XS and maybe even XXS because the poofy top is so huge.

Could have gone down a size, bust area does have some “baggy” cloth in middle, but that’s because I’m plus sized, but my chest is not proportional to that of my body. Not all fat women have massive boobies to fill the tops all the way! :’(Overall great quality, had a few loose threads but not anything of structural integrity. Can be worn off the shoulders too so that a big win. Has a second little “slip” so you can’t see through the dress, so it’s thick enough. Has quite a bit of stretch to it, like I said, I do wish I would’ve ordered down a size. The black is pretty dark. It does come down past my knees so it’s a little more “modest” if you have to bend over.

This dress even comes with a comfortable liner and the material is such high quality, as is the stitching! I am blown away by how much I love this dress! It's roomy for a 42DD in an XXL and I also purchased it in another color in XL and both fit well. I love the lace details. This is next level quality!
