Philips Bodygroom TT2020 Replacement Shaver Foil - Retail Packaging

The picture is misleading as it shows a Philips box making you believe it’s a genuine Philips product. The item arrived in a little bit of bubble wrap. Put it in the shaver and gave it a whirl. Not only did it not trim as expected, it left nasty red scratch marks all over. Not usuable at all. Straight in the bin. Avoid.

Cheap, poor quality, and I suspect not Philips brand (the plastic strip was a different colour and it wasn't in any packaging just bubble wrap). Couldn't use the replacement foil as it was so blunt it was too painful to use. I would not recommend this product, get an official Philips one.

This works well. The bodygroom provides a good way of removing body hair and it's pretty fast (all over takes maybe 20 minutes) and totally painless (so far no cuts at all).It doesn't provide as smooth a finish as waxing or a wet shave with a razor, but it's a lot easier to do, hurts less, can be done more frequently (because it takes less time) and ends up costing less.

Doesn't seem to last as long as the original that comes with the product...been using it for about 6 months now and I feel like I already need to replace it. Maybe it's just my beard getting more coarse or maybe it isn't as good quality.

New Head arrived very promptly, have used it and it appears to be good. Fitted my 'groomer' without any problem. I would suggest however that such a "delicate" item be posted with better packing. The Jiffy Bag had been somewhat "thrown about" but fortunately the Head was not damaged.Mike Blanchflower
