Perfect for me to workout with. Easy to use. The size is perfect. Functions fine & seems durable but time will tell. Price wise not bad.

Very easy to use. Comfortable in the hands. Good adjustable tension for different exercises. One for easy, two for medium, and three for sufficient tension for your exercise needs.

You can workout while listening to your audiobook or watching your favorite show. The sizes work great for upper body. I bought a separate dual handle band for my legs. These are functional & great value for the money. Workout made simple.

These were not strong enough. They may work for a beginner but for someone who exercises frequently and wants to focus on the back, they are too stretchy, even the tightest one.

Perfect for beginners. I did not want to over-strain myself while taking the band over my head to reach my butt to knees for buildup to 100. It's been a week of practice and I am now on 20 stretches as I hold the band over my head to the butt (backwards) and bring it to the knees (frontwards). I feel a difference already. Look up videos that display what I mean.
