Effective and comfortable—highly recommend!
This brace has been a lifesaver. I suffered a hard fall resulting in both a herniated disc (causing weakness in one leg) and some pulled muscles in the same leg. Nothing broken or torn, but weakness/instability in my ankle has really slowed my recovery in that I've been afraid to try much physical activity, for fear of falling and messing everything up worse. After just a couple days of wearing this brace, I'm already getting around much better—thanks both to the physical support and the added confidence to get up and move more. With a stocking under it, I find it comfortable enough to wear all day, with and/or without shoes.

Thank you love mine easy and comfortable
I was worried after looking at the reviews about how this was going to go... I'm not super comfortable trying to figure things out from pictures online and everything said no instructions hard to put on no laces etc... When it came it did look a little overwhelming at first glance but it DID come with shoelaces a lot of people said it didn't but mine definitely DID and it DID come with instructions as well, I don't know if this is a new thing or what but I had instructions they were very easy to follow very simple and straightforward and to the point. I proceeded to try to put my brace on put my foot, I laced it up I did have to unlace it and redo it but that was my fault finally got it laced properly tightened it used the velcro straps to secure the sides very simple with the two side panels that give my ankle tons of support and then the piece at the top it was beyond simple I'm not sure where the problem was with some of these reviews that say it's really hard to figure out it really isn't it's very straightforward and simple I will say all the pictures show you wearing it without a sock I'm not sure why because typically when you're going to wear a brace like this you're going to have a sock on if you are I would get more like a dress sock because you want this to fit snug and you don't want to leave little lines all over your leg or cause any circulation issues the first time I did it I wore it with a thicker type sock that's kind of like a crew sock that has lines at the top I won't do that again LOL I also have edema and stuff so it leaves deeper marks than it might for somebody without those issues I wore it with a very thin kind of dress sock the second time that doesn't have lines and is more like a nylon and it was perfect absolutely perfect..... I do feel I have plenty of support the only negative I will say is I don't think I could go down to a small but I do think that the medium is a little loose in the lower foot area I have bigger legs but my foot is fairly thin so it's not going to fit everybody the same way but I think it does the job well enough that it's what I needed I have torn tendons and tendonitis in my ankle so this is literally just what the doctor ordered I mean I ordered it but he suggested one LOL

Fits Well but Too Tight in Some Areas
This is the second ankle brace I've purchased and it's good, but there are some negatives. I like the high laces that provide good support up the ankle and the 3 straps to provide additional support all across your foot. The side straps are strong and provide good support, but sit lower on my ankle then I preferred and may not be good for high ankle support. The brace includes elastic around the arch of your foot. I thought I would like this, but it is very tight, even after using it for 2 months. I thought it would loosen but creates discomfort for my foot as I exercise. Not enough to cause me to stop, but it would be better if it was slightly looser.Probably would look for a different brace if I had to buy again.

the level of support you get from these is perfect! And there durable too I've worn them everyday for months and they still are the same as they were when I got them.

Protect your ankle perfectly!
Works perfectly well after ankle reconstruction surgery. Now I wear this to protect my ankle. Comfortable, wear it all day long, foot doesn’t fall asleep. Tighten it up for soccer games. I wear a 13, and the large is a fantastic fit. I’ve bought a few more since my original purchase a few years ago. I still have all three going strong after wearing one every day.

Cuts circulation
The media could not be loaded. I bought 3 ankle braces to try to find the best fit. Like shoes, they may fit some feet better than others. The Z athletics is the closest one to the popular ASO brand but it costs significantly less. I was so hoping this will work but sadly, it doesn’t .I still give it a 3 star because it could have been my foot that didn’t fit, not the product. It has some nice features like the back of the ankle there’s a stretchable/ flexible piece. The ends are all sewn, unlike the ASO.In the end, after test wearing it at home for a couple of times, I feel pressure on top of the brace which was uncomfortable. The bottom of the brace starts to cut into my circulation. I tried loosening the lace and refit the brace but ended up with the same results. My shoe size is between 6.5-7.5W, larger end for boots. The front of my foot is wide but rest of my foot is narrow/ slim. I’m about 5’1, 100lbs.See my comparison against the other two brands.I hope the video review helps those shopping!

It was good support before surgery
I purchased this brace to support my ankle before surgery. While it was cumbersome to put on and made it hard to wear most shoes, it offered great support and helped keep my ankle stable until I could have surgery.I was also able to use it after surgery. Four continued support during healing.

It works better than a compression sleeve for a strained Achilles.
This works better than a compression sleeve on a strained Achilles tendon, but falls short of having a really good trainer spend 5 minutes wrapping it very well. It is a little bulky and uncomfortable, especially if it is needed for successive games. My Achilles has gotten better even though I reffed multiple games in just a few days with little rest.
