Can you use on a W-Bar?

Yes, I use this on my w bar and it just about fits on it.

Are these for arm workouts only or can they be used for chest and back too?

Hello I use it for triceps , biceps, and chest, but you have to know , you can not train heavy, specially for biceps. I would not recommend it for back training. I use it mostly for pumping not heavy and take as many reps as I can. You have to be careful to not stress your wrist. Sincerely David

My bar is 2.77cm, what is the internal diameter of the hole?

27mm or 2cm and 7mm. On that basis if you are contemplating buying these they should be a great fit.
