How to set RGBlink mini pro video switcher control PTZ

Please make sure that the IP address of mini-pro and PTZ are in the same network segment. For example, the IP address of PTZ is 192.168.5.163. Please also set the IP address of mini-pro to 192.168.5.X ( (2~254) except163 Outside)

mini-pro USB 2.0 RECORD cannot recognize U disk

Please format the U disk (exFAT, FAT32)

If the RGBlink mini-pro has power issues, won't start, or its screen/buttons blink frequently

Please use the standard power adpater. If the above problem still occurs, try to replace the adapter (support PD 12V/2.5A and above)

RGBlink mini pro video switcher can compatible with most of PTZ cameras. RGBlink 20X Vue PTZ Camera (3G-SDI/HDMI/USB/PoE) and RGBlink 4K PTZ Camera (HDMI) are fully plug-and-play compatible.

Why does it take 1–2 minutes to start up?

RGBlink Mini series normally takes about 1–2 minutes to start, as it is Linux-based and needs time to load the system(Similar to Windows and macOS). This is expected behavior, and once powered on it will run stably throughout your event.
