I am 5’3” and weigh 119 pounds currently right after my 4th baby. This tummy wrap is Perfect size for me. Very easy to put on and I can’t wait to see the tummy reshaped to its normal size! I have a 28 inch waist and ordered a size small according to the size chart. I'd say it has medium control. I wish I had ordered an x-small for a tighter fit. I was able to comfortably close the trainer on the 3rd row of notches. This is my first waist trainer and I chose this style because it didn't seem too extreme. Next time I'll order one with less or no stretch.
