I'm a 5'4 23 year old female, can I bounce on this or will I break it immediately?

It will depend on how much you weigh. There is no “weight limit” listed with the information on this item, but I have another bouncy horse that is almost exactly the same and that item said that it would support up to 165 lbs. I know that the one I bought supports a 5’2”, 110 lb. adult with absolutely no problems and without feeling like it has any risk of breaking or popping.

This unit or different brand "toysopoly bouncer"?

Not sure about other brand, but my horse can't hold air for 2 days. I can't find the company's phone number to call

How do I get my money back on the blue bouncey horse, so disappointed?

Start an order return in your Orders tab. Click on the Return button next to the item in your Orders and it will walk you through it, or tell you if you can't return it bc of whatever reason.
