Mix our flaming, spice loaded Pepperoni Cure Mix with your favourite pork mince and ice cold water. Once the casings are filled, we promise that the exciting oven magic will produce a truly magnificent gift for your taste buds. N.b Not suitable for gas oven users. Store at room temperature away from heat and moisture. The kits also have the added advantage of a nice long shelf life. Ready to eat the same day - a tasty high protein snack, perfect for pizzas, picnics and much more. made from: The kit contains 2 packets of Pepperoni Cure Mix to create 2 batches whenever the craving takes you - (each pack makes approx 4 x 12 inch sausages) and comes in a box made from recycled and sustainable card. Inside the lovely box you will find an alufoil bag (specially designed to keep the spices pungent and fresh) containing our Pepperoni Cure Mix that has a unique and very special blend of herbs, spices, hot punches of chilli and our special curing salt. Our sausage casings are made from beef collagen (natural and edible), 4 blue plastic food grade filling bags and step by step picture instructions. The sausages can be prepared with the piping bag provided or a machine.
