This is the second mp5 we have brought for my son, the first being purchased almost 2 years ago.My son uses it every day to cope with daily life challenges (he’s autistic)The mp5 has been dropped, thrown, lost and found multiple times and has never stopped working!In fact it still works now. Only reason for getting a new one is the jack socket is starting give up the ghost.It’s still usable without headphones just my poor ears can’t take the noise he calls music.

The Item looks good but had to figure out operating the device. The instructions were Chinese . I managed to use it in the end .I found the device display was dull as it is low resolution and also the colours of the Font and the Background can not be changed. It was in a light mode didplay and not in dark theme. Ignoring all this I used it only to find it was Intemittent and erratic in operation . Very frustrating and was returned.  This was my second faulty item with this supplier. Clearly it is poor manufacturing and hence confidence is lost. One Cannot tell when the item will go faulty with different issues.Also note the videos play is low resolution and therefore not enjoyable. If you do order one I hope you are lucky !

it would not me let download music from laptop and when l tried to get to work I put a 64 card in with music on it and it would not play it I have new from Amazon tomorrow sunday

Excellent machine, but found it hard to read the instructions because they are in such small print and I just went with it for adding songs.

Works well; once you figure out how, as the instructions are not too clear. Compact and convenient.
