Is this different than Boeshield T-9?

The blade & bit spray is used to do exactly what is says - clean blades and bits. I use it primarily for router bits and saw blades to take off any pitch left from cutting wood. The T-9 is used to protect things like cast iron from rust. I use both products and can tell you they work well. Make sure you use protective gloves when using the blade & bit cleaner.

Does this remove sap from hedge clippers ?

PS It should be fine to use it on a hedge clipper. You won't need to worry about staining your blades. I use it to clean pitch off my hand pruners Happy trimming!

As far as I know, yes, it is non flammable. It also works very well.
