After a couple of weeks of use, I noticed some improvement, though not a dramatic whitening effect. The mint flavor is mild, and I didn't experience any tooth sensitivity. These stick well to dry teeth. Usually had no trouble keeping them in place for the full 30 minutes. After using for about two weeks, there isn't a dramatic difference. It does seem to have removed some staining, but I wouldn't call my teeth whiter.

I've used the brand name ones like crest before and this taste, feels and works just as good if not better than those I've tried. Really good product for the price. Highly recommend.

After using these a couple of times I can see that they are doing a good job removing some light stains caused by drinking coffee and tea.The strips are easy to use, just apply them to your teeth. There are 2 strips in every packet, one each for the top and bottom teeth. They go on easily and are as comfortable to wear as any strips I've tried. The directions say to leave them on for 30 minutes and then "tear them off". I prefer the faster 5 or 10-minute strips, and these were getting sloppy at the end of 25 minutes, but they did a good job. I didn't experience any sensitivity or negative reactions, and the mild minty flavor was the same as most strips.While I'm certainly not a whitening strip expert, I find that the price is fair for removing mild stains. I'm not sure they would give you a "bleached white" type of smile and that isn't my goal, but they work for my purposes. If I experience any problems I'll update the review, but for now, I like them fine.

I think that these work as well as the expensive strips sold. At a fraction of the price, I think these are a great value.
