It is like the description. It's a small novelty pillow for the pill addict in your life. It's not bright in color as the photo. However, it is soft, small and a bit uneven. ... but I don't mind the imperfection. I think it's a cute item for the price.

Poor Quality
The stitching sucks and isn’t like the picture, my pillow’s colors were faded, and it’s dog toy sized. Though funny, it doesn’t match the quality they present in the picture. Very sad because I wanted to throw it on the couch but it’s so small it wouldn’t look right. Just a reminder to always read the reviews first.

The stitching was messy on the pillow I got, so the pill was a bit misshapen. But ultimately, it's fine.

Pretty good gift.
I bought this as a gift for my fiancé for his birthday. You do not get the colors listed in the picture. The one that arrived was purple and green. It was a good size though and surprisingly my dog has not bothered it. I thought he would think it was a new toy for him. It is a funny gift and I am happy with my purchase.

This is a Dog Toy, Not a Throw Pillow
Misleading title -- this item's tag even mentions pets. Also was expecting the colors in the listing, and was slightly disappointed when I received different ones.
