I got this keyboard replaced three times and every time the backlight of prt screen key was not working so basically i am really disappointed with the seller and didn't expect such from cloudtail.

Great mechanical keyboard,less noisy,need to press fn+window to turn on print screen light. but if anyone loves the clicky noise of cherry mx,then stay away from this.

Best in budget, performance is well for fps gameing.

This Gamdias Hermes KB is really a nice one. I use it as a regular KB for typing and have not tried it for game playing. I like the lit up keys that can be very bright but is adjustable to a more dimmer light. The keys are very responsive and not too noisy. The software allows you to do much customizing if you wish. If you are looking for a decent KB for a decent price, this one is a great choice.

I've never bought a mechanical keyboard before but I always imagined because of the mechanical switches, you get some tactile feedback from the keys. Based on that expectation, I was highly disappointed with the lack of the "click" sound and feel. The button presses are much lighter than my old Razer keyboard which had membrane. I'm still getting used to it as the keys are pretty tall.The GAMDIAS software is very easy to use and is very intuitive for both keyboard and mouse settings.NOTE (and I'll add this to my mouse review too): I had to figure out a workaround to get the firmware updated. When you try to launch the firmware updater through the gamdias software, it comes up with an error when trying run the updater executable. I had to go into the software folder and look for the executable it was trying to run and run it separately as an administrator. Everything updated correctly after that.I did expect that I would have to get used to it but this rating is mainly for my initial impression. As time passes, I may enjoy it more but for now, those two things have knocked it down a notch. It's a nice enough keyboard that I don't want to return it so I figure I'll just work to get used to it.

I have had this keyboard for about 2 months. At the beginning it seemed to work well. Every once in a while I would get multiple button presses but it was ok for the light use I needed it for. Now however unless I type VERY slowly, the keyboard misses many button presses. When I plug an old keyboard into the same computer I dont have this issue. This product did not last long and now I need to purchase a replacement. I do not recommend this.

I bought this combo one week ago as a gift for my little son because he did a very good job for the past week.The price was great and can’t be beat! I own several GAMDIAS products and have yet to be disappointed. Way to go GAMDIAS! Keep up the good work.My son loves the look and feels of the keyboard and mouse . He is enjoying learning all of the features and functions but absolutely like it very much so far!

The switches felt good, but had a problem with key presses getting stuck. Not that the key seemed physically stuck, but a random letter would just fill the line until I pressed it again. It's a shame, really wanted to like this keyboard but my problem rendered it unusable and had to send it back.
