Great customer service
When I originally purchased this item, it arrived damaged. It was slightly dented at the top and two of the shelves were bent. When I reached out to customer service, they immediately corrected the problem in a timely fashion. The unit performs as expected, and I have no complaints about the quality. I would highly recommend using this supplier.

Good enuff
Good enough for the price. Quite tough to maintain the same temp compared to other units ive owned. But for the price… ya get what ya get!

Doesn’t work for long
I have bought 2 of these. The first lasted maybe 2.5 yrs and the second has only lasted 1.5 yrs. I will not be buying this brand again.

Works great
We use it to keep tenders, fries, hot dogs and sausage wraps warm in a concession stand. This saves us a lot of time!. Very easy to use

Temperature gauge seems wrong, light burnt out
The temperature knob seems like it is incorrect, we used it at 100 degrees like our old warmer and the items on the bottom shelf burned. We now use it at 50 degrees and everything stays warm. The light burned out within a month, but that does not affect the heating element.
