a lifesaver for parents of newborns
I was given a Kiddopotamus SwaddleMe as a gift before my baby arrived, having heard good things about swaddling blankets. After using one for the first 11 or 12 weeks of my son's life, I couldn't agree more. They are great for calming a newborn and helping him sleep. With a normal swaddling blanket, my son would work his way out, but these he stayed nice and snug. In fact, at one point, I tried putting my son to sleep without it, but he kept waking himself up when his arms would jerk. We actually purchased this large one because he was still in need of the SwaddleMe, but was too big for the small one. I would have to say this is one of my "can't live without baby items."

Life Saver!
We were struggling to get our 8 week old to sleep much at night prior to purchasing this. She was suffering from colic and constantly waking herself up with her flailing arms. Right from the first night we used this she has slept soundly for 6+ hours each night. Couldn't recommend it more.

The best invention ever.
My baby suffered so bad with colic and wasnt sleeping but i bought this and he was like a different baby. He also has very fidgety hands and this just settles him into a nice sleep. An amazing product and a life saver.

Good stuff to calm down your baby, we used it for 5 months since birth until our baby can easily escape from it.

NO KIDDOPOTAMUS,
It wasn't a kiddopotamus it was a Summer Infant blanket, I was very disappointed with that. The material wasn't stretching like the kiddopotamus. So I sent it back.I have two kiddopotamus blankets and they are great. Wanted to replace one of them as it is old and velcro is losing grip. But this one wasn't as good.

What can I say? Sent my baby to dreamland without a fuss and she looks like a green vege sausage when all wrapped up.. too damn cute!

large size was too small for my baby (weight 7 kg). incorrect sizing information
the large size didn't fit my baby at all, it is probably good for smaller and skinnier baby, but my son could get out it after 5 min. the swaddle is too narrow. the material quality is very good though.

I bought 2 of this item to help my baby to sleep better at night but since she's developed eczema, its also been a great help from preventing her from scratching her face red raw. If fastened in a right way, the item stays for at least 3 hours for my very wriggly 8 kgs baby who is very determine to scratch her face
