This is great!!! I buy the cheap ramen - then add about a quarter cup of these veggies and now my ramen not only has more color. But also more flavor. Ramen now is a meal, not just soup. Great product!

This spice is very good for quick meal but not for picky eater

We've tried several brands of this type of dried vegetables for adding some additional flavor and texture to soups like the ramen noodles. These are clearly our favorite. Some of the others have a rather overpowering amount of parsley, which dominates whatever other flavors are in the bag. That's unfortunate. This brand doesn't do that, and the vegetable bits re-constitute in only four or five minutes when boilg water is added to the mix. That's our preferred procedure so far, but I am considering to add some to my ordinary soups that I make from scratch during the winter months. I expect that this mix will work even better and be even tastier when simmered in a homemade soup for half an hour or more.

I bought this to make my keto friendly ramen a bit healthier and at first I loved it but then when things got cooking, the carrots simply overwhelm this mix. I get that carrots are a filler and can fluff up a bag, but it simply dominates the soup and the result is so sweet. Will be looking for a more savory ramen topper.

Great quality, not overpriced Like most on the net, I will buy again when this is used up.
