110/120v 1.5kw Mini Tank Electric Water Heater 2.5 Gallon Compact Under Sink Water Heater Knob Temperature Adjustment Instant Hot for Home Kitchen (2.5 Gallon- White)

I used this for a washer assembly project that could only utilize DI water going into it. IT works like a champ! had to get a little creative with the input and output connections due to some reducer fitting and what not, but this thing works great! will see how long it last. Im not expecting anything more then a year due to DI leaching off anything it touches. But great little heater.

You MUST understand that this is a low flow heater and only 2.5 gallons. If you are trying to use this in an RV for the shower, it can work but you can’t turn the water pressure up full blast at your water inlet or in the shower. This gives the machine time to heat the water. I am loving this little water heater for my Rv shower since it saved me tons of money not have to replace the instahot that came with the Rv. Also at 1500watts i don’t trip the circuit breaker on the Rv. With the flow turned down I’ve taken showers up to 20 minutes, it absolutely can work for a shower.

I live in a rural area in the desert that has high mineral content. I had 2 water heaters burst in one day! The first one was a 30 gal. that caused much damage to the wooden floor. I turned off the water supply at the road and by passed the water heater with some spare 3/4 tubing and fittings I had in my shed. I then turned on the water supply again and verified that my makeshift bypass job was not leaking. When I walked into my kitchen, there was another flood of water all over the floor. It turned out that my 2 gal. water heater under the kitchen sink had also decided to join in and sprung a leak at the bottom as well.Thought it might be a PRV so checked water PSI and it was 55 PSI which is normal out here. Autopsies on both heaters revealed massive corrosion and rust on the bottom of both. The new DAORDAER is much much lighter then the old one in weight but works well for the kitchen. The only complaint I have is that the electrical cord is woefully short and will not reach the outlet so I am using an extension cord until I fabricate or buy a dedicated extension cord for it. I plan on flushing it out every 6-12 months after seeing the damage our water causes to these appliances. So far so good on the water heater.

Bought this water heater may 24th, installed it a little more than month later July 3 to be exact, middle of August starts leaking and I rarely use it, didn’t last at all and can’t return it so make sure you try it out right away to make sure it is properly working and not leaking!!

The unit size of 2.5 gal. Is good size for washing dishes Ms. The water is hot immediately! No longer need to run the water & WAIT for it to get hot!! Saves water & user patience!

I used it once to good effect. After that, the water pressure dropped to nothing. After investing I found that the pressure relief valve was broken. I am in the process of replacing it and placing a water regulator on it. Hopefully this will work.

Had my plumber install it for the bathroom that was in the building behind my house and now I have hot water I love it
