Worth the work!
It adds beauty and keeps the deer from eating my flowers. I’ve got a lot of compliments. Putting them together was easy. Getting them to be flush was tricky and couldn’t do it with the curve of the bigger garden. I added the connectors and it is pretty sturdy. Very lightweight. I ordered 6 boxes in total- came 2 in a box. Definitely need a rubber hammer. The spikes that go into the ground can and will bend if you have a rocky ground. Adjusting more than 3 times will make them more difficult to hammer or in a 4th time. They are sturdy enough to last a long time. For the price and curb appeal- absolutely worth it!

Great decorative fence, works great as a barrier for my 3 large dogs.
I purchased this fence because we recently planted flower beds and I have 3 very large dogs (ranging from 60lbs - 120lbs) that were trampling through them. I needed a barrier to prevent them from using the flower beds as a short cut around the house. There were a few reviews here that nearly made me change my mind on buying this fence, I would like to counter those reviews here...1) A reviewer stated these were flemsy - in the listing it states that this is a temporary fence, meaning this is not the kind you buy at Lowes or Home Depot for 3x the price that you have to put 4x4 posts into the ground.2) One reviewer pictured the pieces at a bit of a distance, the slats almost looked to be thin like single 1/8" thick PVC... This photo was deceiving, please see my photos attached. The slats are double walled and have small nubs near the bottom to hold the slat in place.3) One reviewer stated that it is so flimsy it doesn't hold up to wind... This is also incorrect, I live Ohio surrounded by open farm land. We experience high winds regularly and not one fence has moved or fallen over. Heck the wind was so high the other day my telescoping flag pole let its self down from the wind. This reviewer obviously did not pound the fence into the ground far enough.Of course the fence comes ready to assemble, shipping would be outrageous if they shipped already assembled. I do want to make clear that I did not buy this fence to contain my large dogs, I purchased it to add a Visual barrier and I wanted something that looks nice.Do I feel the price is right, pretty much.. It could be a bit cheaper but it definitely is not to over priced.Pointers when assembling your fence:1) Be sure you have you top and bottom bar as they should go, the bottom bar only has openings for the slats at the top.2)Be sure you are putting your slats in the right location, I made a mistake and put two #1's side by side and have yet to get the slat pulled out due to the dubs holding it in place. :(3) Pound the fence into the location you want it prior to putting the fence caps on. A rubber mallet works best for pounding the fence post into the ground.4) I found it to be easier to affix the fences together prior to placing them in the ground by laying them on a flat surface.5) If you have to cut the fence as I did in one location, place the cut end up against another fence section, as the caps on the ends of the fence sections do not come off.

63-year-old woman: Did it myself!
I got this fence to distract from the vacant lot next to my driveway where the wetlands have expanded to create a swampy area. It doesn't HIDE the area as the fence isn't solid, but I thought it would distract and I'm pleased with the results. I need two more sections, which will deliver today, allowing me to complete the job next weekend. I added mulch and a dwarf tree at each end.PROS:PRICE. This is remarkably inexpensive for what you get.ASSEMBLY. I'm a 63-year old woman and I assembled and put up this fence entirely by myself. After the first section, the other sections went together very quickly. It's simple, but I recommend sorting out the different sized pickets in advance and double-check before inserting each one. They snap into position, so if you use the wrong size, removing is challenging at best.LOOKS. I'm pleased with the end product. Does it look like a professionally installed fence? No, but for the price, it's great. (Not only is the price of the fence a great value, but not having to hire an installer saves a TON!)QUALITY. Still TBD, but I banged on these sections with a rubber mallet when installing and not a mark was left on them.CONS:ALIGNMENT. Nearly impossible to get the sections to perfectly align, particularly if the ground isn't 100% level. Some of mine came out great, with the break between the sections barely noticeable, but other places I tried and tried and couldn't get perfect alignment.CONNECTORS. Connectors are provided to connect one section to another. There are NO pre-drilled holes. As other reviews have said, the "self-drilling" screws are not. I tried to drill holes in the top of the fence to attach the connector pieces and the drill did not penetrate. It merely made an indentation. Whether that speaks to the sturdiness of the fence or the whimpiness of my drill, I'm not sure.LONGEVITY. Still to be seen, but concerned about the toll high winds and winter weather will take. I COULD yank the fence out for the winter and re-install in the spring, but not sure I want to do that. It would also be difficult to hammer in each section now that the post caps are installed. For what I needed to do, this fence should work fine. It was relatively inexpensive and easy to put up. Unless you cement it into the ground, I don't see it being strong enough to contain a child or a dog, but for aesthetic use, it's great.UPDATE: I discovered after ordering additional sections that they were not created equally. The picket slats in the original sections fit very tightly and were a bit of a struggle to insert through the slots and snap into place. In the later sets purchased, the pickets fit very loosely. That made assembly easy, but makes the fence itself less stable. When hammering in those sections, the pickets would bounce up and fall out. I prefer the pickets with the more snug fit. If it proves to be a problem, I'll add some silicone to the loose ones.

Fence is great
I've had the fence since 2021 and it has stood up wonderfully to the elements. For reference, I live in Oklahoma: the fence has been through 105F/41C summers, -3F/-19C winters, it's been hit by the weed whacker, pushed on by the dogs, and I made some modifications during the installation to accommodate the size of our porch (drilled it into the brick and Frankenstein'd some pieces to make it fit). All things considered, it still looks great. If you look at the slats above the bottom rail, most of them have grass stains from cutting the grass and then blowing it out over the years, but it's a fence -- what're you gonna do?My *only* gripe is that I wish they sold individual pieces with different sizing to make a seamless fence regardless of the area you are trying to enclose, but it's a relatively minor complaint. I'm still extremely pleased with this overall. 5 stars all day.
