Kid approved!
Delicious, good quality, healthy, smooth texture! I have the pickiest niece when it comes to food - and I’ve struggled finding a health conscious snack that she enjoys - until I found Doich! My bride now asks for what the fudge flavor on a regular basis, and it’s an essential in her lunchbox for camp.

Decent
I'm not gluten free or keto, but decided I give this a try anyway. It's not bad, but for me it's not worth the price. It tastes decently fine, but very salt-forward. That's the first thing I tasted and it still lingers afterwards. Personally, I'm not a fan and won't try it again. Of course taste is subjective, so you may love it!

They're alright but not really passable as cookies
This is advertised as "cookie dough" but mostly tastes like a protein bar. Texture is nothing like a cookie or brownie. Baking didn't really change much, just yielded a warmed up version of the "dough" in the same shape as I put them on the pan. This doesn't taste awful, but I can't really recommend it either. To each their own maybe.

Definition of delicious while being nutritious
My go to snack when I need something sweet while also being healthy. Every time we get them they some how get better. The taste is always a 10 out of 10. Quality is unbelievable and easy to make. Totally worth the money.

Good taste No instructions
This was a chore to figure out the best way to prepare these, I am not a cook so others may not have the trouble I did. Firstly, the only direction you get are a couple icons, an oven with temp and a clock with time, that's it. So I tried to form into 16 balls thinking they would cook like, well like cookies but after handling the ingredients I figured that they were not going to lay down when heated, but I did it anyways just to see. The consistency is dense and when warmed in your hands becomes fairly pliable but will melt some of the chocolate bits. Second batch I tried to roll out, very sticky so I sandwiched between two sheets of parchment paper then stamped out into 2" round cookies. At 350 the first batch of cookie balls cooked for 11 minutes on middle rack, they did not flatten or deform, they were doughy and moist. Second batch went in top shelf for 14 minutes at 350 and came out a bit crispy on the edges but still soft and moist. Uncooked and cooked appearance was nearly the same, cooked was just a bit less glossy. These are very chocolatey with good flavor, even for a non vegan household these were a hit. I don't think I would buy if I had to buy 3 at a time but if I could mix and match with other flavors or buy singles I would do that.

Awful product on many levels
I was very excited to order this cookie dough as I do enjoy vegan and whole-food snacks rather than overprocessed junk food. It sorely disappointed. Here are my observations.1. Taste - the most important factor of all. They are absolutely vile. These "cookies" do not taste good at all. They are horrendously salty with a touch of artificial sweetener. Also, very greasy - unlike butter, coconut oil does not blend into dough well and instead creates a greasy film around the crumbling pieces.2. The "healthy" claim. The listing shows SOME of the ingredients (chia, oats, flaxseed) which are nice. They curiously omitted the full list of ingredients, which is not healthy at all. First of all, although the sugar amount is much lower than typical sweets, it's still quite high for the size of this dough. The tiny jar lists its contents as 16 servings but that would make 16 tiny quarter-sized bites or 3-4 normal size cookies. Basically, 2 small desserts. This small jar contains more than 1 full day's serving of sugar. It also contains more than 2000 mg of salt (which is the most overwhelming flavor of these cookies), almost as much as PARTY-sized bag of potato chips. Gross. On top of it, since the sugar is hard to taste with all that salt and oil, there is erythritol, a cheap artificial sweetener which is definitely NOT healthy and gives the "cookies" an unpleasant aftertaste that has nothing "natural" about it. Also, coconut oil? Cheap oil mostly used in junk food. Saturated fat contest is 20% for one miniscule cookie - you are better off eating chunks of butter. Another thing: moderate amounts of fiber are great for you, but excessive amounts of roughage in a tiny piece of food is not very healthy. These "cookies" do not digest well, so if you plan on consuming them, please leave them for a day when you can be close to a toilet at all times. And have some tums on hand, you are going to need them.3. Usage. There are no instructions on the jar but there are tiny icons indicating oven temperature and cooking time. Ok, good enough. Getting this dough out of the jar and making it look like something resembling cookies was a challenge. The firm greasy lump was hard to extract from the jar and kept crumbling. The pieces of dough stick to everything except each other - you cannot knead or shape them. As another reviewer mentioned, the simplest way to bake it is by flattening the whole lump into a sheet-like shape and cutting into squares like brownies. It's still ugly, but it results in looking less like like dog doo doo that way. Also - if you make them small enough to split into 16 servings, they really do look like animal droppings. I was planning on baking all 3 batches and bringing them to work as a treat, but not when the cookies look like that and taste no better. In summary, this may sound like a good idea but the actual product is disgusting and absurdly priced. Do not waste your money.

Tastes good, but more like a brownie than a cookie...
If you are looking for a gluten free/kosher/vegan cookie dough with natural ingredients that actually tastes good, then this product is for you. The taste of this fudge dough is very good - it could be a bit sweeter for some folks, but I liked the taste just as is. Be aware the jars are pretty small, so one jar doesn't go very far - I actually combined 3 jars into one 9"x9" pan and made what I think are standard sized brownies out of them. The label on the jar says it has 16 servings in it, which I think would make pretty tiny cookies. But if you are trying to control your intake of calories, it makes sense to keep the cookies small (88 calories per serving, per the label). I baked the dough according to the directions on the Amazon product listing (the instructions on the jar are only a tiny picture of an oven and a clock, which I admittedly only noticed after seeing another reviewer post a picture). Baking didn't really seem to "cook" the dough all that much...To me, the baked dough just tasted like the raw dough, but warmer. Still good, but keep that in mind when you are considering eating this dough straight from the jar vs baking it.
