I have the 1.2 quart Gemoro ultrasonic cleaner, which works really well. I was using "Sparke Pak Plus" originally, which works very well also, and has a pleasant purple hue and smells good. I purchased this to save money, thinking it was essentially the same cleaner - it is not, but that's not a bad thing. This cleaner is even more effective than the "Sparkle Pak", and is much more cost-effective. It can feel a bit harsh on bare skin, but it really, really cleans and shines well. I use about 1 cap full for my 1.2 quart Gemoro unit, and it works brilliantly.

I love this stuff. I use it for jewelry and for things like my spouses electric razor head. It’s fun to see how much stuff is on the things. Sometimes they do need several washes like my mother in laws ring that she never knew had a side hole with a heart because it was always filled with so much dirt! Granted for that ring i did use an old tooth brush to loosen the dirt becuase there was so much! But, once you are happy with how clean the item is i just suggest running a second cycle with just water to get ride of any slimy cleaner feeling on the item.
