Texas Summers
So far no issues with the soaker hose. I bought in hopes to keep my house from being too dry in the summer months of Texas. I'll have to see how it holds up.

Great Value Soaker, Just Mush Have More Pressure!
From my experience so far, the flat variation of soaker hoses do not work as efficiently. This has been true for every flat hose I have tried so far. That said, this is a decent hose.As mentioned, these seem to need more pressure than the standard soakers to work well. Especially if you are connecting more than one inline. This means for some people, this hose simply will not work well if you cannot provide it with enough pressure and more so the more of them you attach together. However, if you happen to have good pressure, they will work at a decent level. The flat variation is much more difficult to lay out. It is also more difficult to make tight bends as they kink a bit faster in my opinion. This soaker wins some point because of its pricing. The price for 70+ feet is amazing for any hose of any kind as far as I know, lbvs. You cannot beat the value here as far as I know.In the end, the hoses work, they will get the job done as long as the pressure is available. I can recommend this soaker because again, it does work, and the price is spectacular. However, they person I recommend to has to have enough pressure and this will be the deal breaker.

Almost cost me $3,000 in damaged landscaped hedges
We installed traditional hard soaker hoses on half our landscaping and decided to try these fabric hoses on the 2nd half. Slowly over the weeks we noticed that the 2nd half wasn't doing as well as the first, particularly past 15-20ft or so.On closer inspection we found plenty of water pressure at the faucets yet only the first 15ft of the 100ft fabric driphose was dripping any water while the plants on the hard-rubber driphose were doing fine.FYI the fittings have restrictive 1/4" orifrices (they're not full garden hose diam inside) plus they have a flat restrictive rubber strainer washer as well. Even with the strainer replaced with an open washer not enough water makes it to the end of the hose to build-up enough pressure to drip past the 15ft or so. So our plants were slowly drying out and dying from lack of water.Unfortunately it's past the return window so it was a complete waste of money. Also, don't be fooled by their marketing for the 100ft hose: They send you 2pcs 50ft hoses! That means you have to connect the 2nd 50' hose to the 1/4" orifice at the end of the 1st 50ft hose, which means you get reduced water pressure.Maybe we'll try drilling out the orifice to see if it helps, but I think these are only useful for short runs up to 25ft, or it's back to hard-soaker hoses for us!

Not what I expected
These hoses were not what I expected related to past experience with other hoses. I like the nylon covering that is light and easy to work with, and I like the fittings that seem to be of good quality. I am not sure of durability yet since I just started using them. What I didn't like is the fact that the water only comes out of the hoses in certain places about a foot apart instead of all along the hose like I have been used to. You have to be more selective where you place the hose to make sure each plant is watered. If I didn't already have them all installed, I would probably return them, but will make them work.

Good idea
The only issue is you have to have high water pressure, if you don't they barely sprinkle.Easy to hook up, all the parts are there that you need. The quality is average, it is not high end stuff. But for the price it is a good deal. The only issue is the water pressure, I have 55 psi and that is not enough.
