Unfortunaely, they are hard as a rock.
These apricots need to be soaked in juice to get them soft enough to use. I plan on soaking them in peach juice for hours, then hoping they will bake up nicely. They did arrive quickly, which was nice.

Very hard
Don't know how drying process works, but these came vacuum sealed, good sign, but product is hard, difficult to chew. Would not buy again

Too dry
I was hoping these dried apricots would be a little better for snacking but they just don't work for me. They outsides are dry and feel a little bit rough, like there is a fuzzy tasteless but firm paper shell around them. Maybe these are whole apricots with the stone removed and they were dried with the skin still on. The senstation is a little unpleasant getting to what's inside. Which on some is good enough. Not super tasty but edible. Some are a little sour and others sweet but not overly so, which I wouldn't mind at all but again, that outside just gets in the way of whatever flavor is there. But some is the operative word as there aren't very many of the golden orangey slices as shown in the display photograph. If you look instead at the photo that shows them in the packages, you'll see that some are lighter and others are dark. The dark ones are almost brown and I can't tell if they taste good or not as they are so tough I can't even get a bite from one. And there seem to be much more of the brown ones than the orange gold ones, so I'm not sure how this is going to work out.I've never had dried apricots before so this may be a common thing so I don't want to take off too many stars. And maybe there is something I can do with these if I rehydrate them, I just haven't tried that yet. But as a snack food these definitely miss the mark for me.

Hard like a rock- not orange color as pictured in listing. Mostly black and very dark brown
I attempted to separate them and I had to use a screwdriver to pry a few of them apart. These were hard as a rock and could not even be chewed so I consider these inedible. The seller grossly misrepresented these Apricots and the photo that they show in the listing is NOT what they provide. It extremely disappointing that this seller misrepresented their products and will do nothing to fix the issue. Also beware- Amazon will do nothing to resolve any issues even with this product’s gross misrepresentations.I threw out the apricots since were inedible. So I just got fleeced by this seller. The seller should be ashamed to sell a product like this, it is VERY dishonest.

Wonderful
I love these. I’ve never purchased them before, but I will purchase them again. I like my dried apricots to be very dry, most in the supermarkets are kind of wet, but these are very dry and very delicious.

Expiry date is not authentic
These apricots are very tasty but the product you sent me is more than 2 years old. the expiry date is not the issue. You should first mention production date. See how dark they are. I know Armenian apricot are among the best. I eat everyday 4 to 7 pieces. Don’t spoil your reputation keep product always the same year they were dried. I want to order more, every month but I am afraid of the freshness. Sorry but I have to mention what is wrong.
