Very nice and firm pouf pouf.. I bought two and love them

It is junk! I gave the foam a few days to settle and it never took on the solid, round shape. I worked on it myself but it stayed lop -sided. Threw it away!

Was delivered on time. Came vacuumed packed. Followed directions fully. Put them both in my walking closet to do their magic shaping for 24 hours. I bought 2 of the black ottomans. They filled in beautifully. Firm shipped and look wonderful! They are both firm and perfect during use for resting tired feet. Never loosing shape after use. Very easy to lift and move around. I would most definitely purchase again if they had a larger size.**I would request the company make a larger size though. 4 inches taller and 4 inches wider.**

I’ve had this product opened for over a week now. It has yet to fully come to the correct shape and size due to being vacuum packed. The appearance is not what was shown in the picture. I think it is going to be exactly like I want but it can’t be used if not fully shaped. I like the color of the cover on it but it unusable. The picture is without the cover on it.

This thing should be marketed as a wannabe beanbag chair for kids, not an ottoman. The included cushion insert is so soft my feet almost sank to the floor on first use (I did let it expand for the recommended time). I wound up shoving three full-sized pillows and the original stuffing into it to bring it up to where it's useable for me. The pillows cost me an extra $21. That pushes the value of this thing right off a cliff. If I had used shirts and towels as the seller suggests I'd have to air dry after showering and would be walking around with no shirt on my back.On the positive side, the covering seems pretty tough. The zipper is holding up well which is impressive since it's containing three pillows and the original stuffing. I'm mildly satisfied at the moment despite the added cost for the pillows. I had a couple larger ottomans that were just too big for my efficiency apartment. The size and ability to roll this around without lifting it is an improvement over my previous situation.2 stars for the included stuffing, 3 stars for the usability AFTER buying more pillows. For the $50 price tag you should get a pair. Massively overpriced.

I love this puff. It did need about 5 pounds of foam stuffing added to it but I am not upset about that. The cover is the selling point for me. It has an inner liner so the cover can be washed and the material is thick, easy to clean and so soft. I have used it as a stool (you will sink in but in a good way).

Item came compressed, opened and waited a full 5 days for it to poof. Well it’s not rounded out, it’s wrinkled no matter how much I try and smooth out and it’s lopsided. Not worth it for how much it cost

Comes absolutely flat but takes shape in about 24 hours once opened. Very soft and a perfect size.
