This laptop is a joke!
This laptop says it runs windows 11 but that's a stretch. It's very slow and won't even install Google Chrome without altering the bios. It won't run any programs I use on a regular basis. I'll never purchase another $200 "windows 11" laptop again. This is a cheap piece of junk!

Great Deal,Great Price
I needed a laptop so badly for an upcoming project, and I'm glad I landed on this. Although It's refurbished, it's in an excellent condition. It's very light to handle.The set up was so easy. It's speed and sleek.Moreover, I love the fact that's it's a touch screen with a good price.The only issue I have is the color, it differs a little from what is advertised. In all, I'm enjoying it.

Good laptop
As a behavioral therapist, I needed a good laptop for work to collect data and create visuals for my clients. This was a refurbished laptop, but for the price, it does well for what I need it for.

Not enough ram or whatever.
I had it sent to my son who set it up for me and said he would have advised me not to buy it if he had known. He could not put all in it that I use because of size of whatever to put stuff in. I'm not a tech and know little about it. I was disappointed it did not have a lighted keyboard.
