Easy install and start up
An amazing price for this lock. I did a lot of shopping around and this is by far the Best Buy. I love the finish, which is A brushed brass, and I love the option for either a keypad or a key. Great for a family that’s in and out all day.

Good for the price
I have owned several combination deadbolts from many manufacturers. The high-end ones naturally are going to be of higher quality and easier to use. I would rate this one as low to middle grade in terms of quality and available alternatives. It does look good, and it works but it won't keep out a determined burglar. The case itself is made of a thin material which could be pried or broken easily. It does have a backing plate that is more robust and with clear labels stamped onto it. The guts seem well constructed with heavy duty fasteners and good electronics. The key seems to be a proprietary one which doesn't match the common warding (splines) a standard quickset key has, so getting a duplicate key made could be a bit more expensive. The lock does look nice with clear numbers and large buttons. The knob may take some getting used to. I personally prefer the easier to pinch standard deadbolt knobs.Pros:Looks great!Clear and easy to use buttonsEasy to installPowered with 4 AA batteriesCons:A little less secure than othersAtypical keyNot very robust engineeringOverall it will do what most of us need it to do. It probably won't last the lifetime of your home, but it will be good enough for now. It does not require modifications to the door and installation should be easy if the cutouts are already there. It is a good product that does not have any significant issues. Most people considering this lock will be happy, but if you want a high-end lock, you need to be willing to pay a premium for it.

Surprisingly good product
This keypad deadbolt works well and installed easily ( for me it was a direct replacement of previous lock so I didn’t have to drill any holes).Read instructions carefully, particularly the left/right setting, which is not a programming option but rather an installation step.

Not great
I ordered two of these. One didn’t work at all and I’m returning it. The other works, except the automatic lock function doesn’t work and that’s the main reason I bought it. Unfortunately, the return window has closed so I’m stuck with it.

Great Automatic Lock
I'm really liking this lock. Everything but the back (indoor) panel and buttons are metallic so it's solid and should last a very long time. Assuming you have a fair amount of DIY experience, the installation should be a breeze. The instructions are clear and even though the English was obviously translated, nothing was confusing. The buttons on this unit aren't the "mushy" kind so they're very responsive to your presses. They also beep so you know if your input didn't register. I've been using this for a few months now and I've only had to change the batteries once (I have it set to automatically engage the deadbolt every time I close the door) so its power consumption is very reasonable. It has some cool features like allowing you to press additional numbers before/after your actual passcode while still recognizing the code (for example, if your code is 1234 and you press 76123408, it'll still work). So that's good if you live in a busy apartment building and don't want people learning your code.My only gripe with this unit is the oversized indoor panel. I understand it needs to house the batteries, but I do wish it could be smaller so it doesn't stand out so conspicuously on the door. But with all the pros and just that one con, I can certainly say this is a really good buy.

Nice crisp numbers and buttons.
Alas, in my quest for the ultimate door guardian, it possesses a certain undeniable charm, a handsome visage with crisp numbers and buttons that beckon the touch. Functionally, it stands its ground, a valiant defender against casual trespassers. Yet, for the truly determined burglar, its defenses might crumble faster than a stale croissant. The case itself, crafted from disappointingly thin material, could succumb to a well-placed pry bar. However, fear not! A glimmer of hope shines forth! For within this less-than-imposing shell resides a heart of surprising fortitude. Heavy-duty fasteners and robust electronics hint at a hidden strength. The key, a unique emblem of its lineage, may prove a tad more expensive to duplicate, a minor inconvenience for such a valiant spirit. The turning mechanism, however, presents a curious challenge. Unlike the familiar pinch-and-turn of its brethren, this one demands a newfound dexterity. Perhaps with time, a knightly skill to be mastered. So, a mixed verdict for this defender. While it may not hold the highest rank in the lock hierarchy, it serves its purpose with a touch of panache. A budget-conscious guardian, perhaps, for those seeking a balance between aesthetics and affordability.

convenient lock, easy to install
I put this in the door to my workshop, so that I could share the code with friends if they need tools. The install was pretty easy. I took me 15-20 minutes to get the old lock removed and install the new one, including adjusting the hole for the deadbolt in the door jam. The old hole was never lined up well with the lock, so it was a good time to adjust things. The lock is simple to use and looks good on the door. I don't have any complaints with it yet.
