It is a work of art. It has great flow. It's built solid. I know I will get years of good use out of it. It really adds to the kitchen. It's beautiful!

Very nice faucet, found installation instructions on You Tube posted by Delta. Wife wanted a tall faucet, thus one is 20" tall. I looked at other brands but the springs on them did not fully hide the pull out sprayer hose, this one covers it completely. Looks great

If you've ever installed a higher-end faucet (such as this Delta), you'll find the odd trend that the more expensive the faucet gets, the less likely it'll include things like the mounting base (deck plate) with the faucet. Which is fine if you don't need it, but an added expense if you do. And then you have to make sure you order the right one.Well, that's not the case with this Delta Ermelo Pro. Delta thought enough of their customers to include that often missing accessory. So big points there.And as far as quality goes...I may be fawning here...but does Delta MAKE a bad faucet? I've never seen one. It's a "commercial style" that frankly doesn't look at all out of place in the home kitchen. I love that you can detach it and use the springy part, or you can pull it down like any other pull-down faucet. It's actually like they combined the best parts of their commercial sprayer with the best parts of their residential kitchen faucet. And I like it. The valve is butter-smooth. The looks are flawless. And it feels like it looks.And did I mention it's American made? Right in the mid-west in glorious Indiana. Which means you can get service AND parts if you need them. And, oh yeah...it has a lifetime warranty. Hoo rah.I can't find a fault with it. it's a work of art. 5 stars. Keep it up, Delta.

Installation was simple, did not call the plumber. Prepping and clearing the stuffs under the sink was just as time-consuming. To separate the faucet from the holder, pull it straight out, don’t pivot and bend it. It has a minor scratch on one of the sides at the base, not a big deal though. The water flow is good and the faucet slides in and out smoothly.

This faucet it amazing. I had a knock off version of these high end faucets in my kitchen and was so happy to finally get rid of it and put this in. The difference is night and day. My old faucet wiggled and no matter how much a cleaned it and with what, it always looked dirty. And it was only 2 years old! It hard started looking bad after only a month. I was so disappointed. This faucet however is like a night and day difference from my last one. It feels so solid and it looks amazing. It works really well too. The water control is so much better than my other cheaper one. I'm so happy with it!

I love this beautiful faucet, but as I noted, measure twice because it's very tall. It's really stunning and the quality can't be beat. I am not a plumber, but I installed this myself with no issues and a lot of patience (with myself). I am particularly thrilled with the inner hose as they tend be the first thing to fail in a faucet, and this one is reinforced. All of the connections were compatible with my plumbing from 2003.

Amazing kitchen faucet. It has a premium industrial look. Extremely easy to install with clear instructions. Everything you need is included. The spout is very tall and flexible.

I made the mistake of ordering an off-brand faucet to replace an old Delta faucet that was present in my house when I moved in. It’s extending hose had frayed, but that faucet had to be at least fifteen years old. The off-brand faucet was a quarter of the price of this new Delta faucet, and failed with three months. Three months! It sprang not one, but two leaks in that time. Installing it was a pain, came from the factory with the cold and hot lines hooked up in reverse, and took forever to install.So, I replaced that disappointing bit of hardware with this new Delta faucet. Breeze to install, literally took my son and I under half an hour. It is gorgeous and works great. I’ve only had it in for three weeks, but it feels completely different than the cheap one; more solid and durable. I’ve learned that sometimes I do get what I pay for and in this case, I’m pleased.
