Nice product. The one bottle that isn't broken is super nice. Both bottles were packed in cardboard boxes but one was smashed into shards. In order to get my money back I have to go to a location to drop off the broken bottle. My husband just had a kidney transplant so i can't leave him. I am not going to pay $7.99 for a return box/label as the chat bot recommended. So, I am leaving an honest review that if you order this product and it arrives in shards due to the delivery driver dropping it over a fence onto concrete you just lost money. Nice product over all - except when it arrives broken.

I only have for 1 day and got broke 😅 it’s good, east to carry, like the size and weight. Not bad at all.

I liked this water bottle so much that I ordered 2 of them. It's a 17oz glass bottle with time markers on the bottle. The bamboo lid is a secure twist on and off with a soft rope carrying handle attached. It is easy to clean with a bottle brush. Because it is glass it won't stain or hold an odor. Not sure how sturdy the glass is to hold up if dropped or bumped on a table. Nice slim water bottle that securely holds a good amount of liquids for on the go.

The media could not be loaded. Il using it to make coffee concentrate for iced coffee. So far so good. It can withstand boiling water and fridge. But be careful with the bottle. I wouldn’t take it to a gym or picnic. You tap it the wrong way or hit it on sth, it’s probably gonna break
