The shoes are too big for me. It says on the item/description that it is free returns, that the seller will email a return label which I never received. They told me they would refund $8.00 of my $32.00 purchase and I could keep the shoes. I stated I wanted a full refund. After a correspondence from the seller, they agreed to full refund, and I do not have to return the item. Even though Amazon says they are waiting for my return. My bad for not catching the item came directly from China. I will make another post after I get my refund and confirmation that I do not need to return the shoes. They are cute,, but very stiff and too big.
