Just the right side for my cheesecake

Dry immediately after washing
Used this for a cheesecake last weekend - the size is great, I use parchment paper so there's minimal cleanup, and it washed/cleaned easily. BUT - I left it in the dish rack overnight, and where water remained in the rolled edge it dripped out rust-colored. Not too happy that the second time I washed it left me with rusty water, and I'm happy with it in other respects, but do NOT let it sit around wet for any period of time.
