DO NOT PURCHASE THESE GRIPS! This is our second pair and not thinking at the time that there may be either a design, durability or manufacturing problem we purchased another pair and the second pair ripped in the exact same spot as the last pair (pic), and this time with only 4 months of very minimal use. However, the first time the grips tore, our daughter was on the uneven bars and resulted in her falling off and breaking her arm. The gymnastics coaches have reported to us that they are seeing more gymnasts with the same problem with these particular grips, and that they don't seem to be as good as they once were. The coaches no longer recommend these grips.

The protection and grip is grate

My daughter loves them. They fit perfectly and were easily broken in.

Do NOT buy these. These ripped on the first day and that was with proper ready to break in procedures. We’ve had this brand of grips for a long time and this is the first time I’ve been disappointed. These are very very dangerous. Please do NOT purchase.

We are very disappointed in the quality of this pair of grips. My daughter is a competitive gymnast who practices 15 hours a week and has been using this brand for 5 years. All previous purchases (although prior to this order we ordered straight from the manufacturer) lasted over a year. But two months? This is unacceptable, especially for the price.

While the grips are of good quality, and fits well length wise, the finger holes are way too small. My daughter had a difficult time making the finger holes larger. Despite numerous attempts to enlarge them, it was still too tight for her fingers. Not for girls who have chubby fingers.
