Volume level is underwhelming.
So, I bought these because most of the bluetooth earbuds I have will eventually fall out while exercising. It can be a nuisance when you are trying to distance run and your music is interrupting your concentration. I also was looking for something that was not exactly noise cancelling so I can hear instructions during boxing classes - etc. Anyway, these don't fall out, off, move or pretty much anything. They are extremely secure on your noggin, whether running, boxing, whatever, and allow you to hear the things going on around you.That being said, these get three stars because the volume level could be better. I feel like they could, and should get a lot louder.

Comfort and reliability ...
Love these !!! They would earn 5 stars if the volume could be a little louder.They are loud enough, however, and very comfortable to wear. I love 'em !!!

Broken within two months
The headset audio quality is reasonable, but not great.You'll get a difference in volume as you move your head and jaw.The cover for the charging port broke off within the first two weeks.The bow for the left pad cracked and split.

Make sure you have lots of clear epoxy
Started breaking the second day of use. Clear epoxy works. Looks ugly.
