These are great! Very sturdy and matches nicely. Holds quite a bit. Directions were ok…not great, but could have been way worse. So far, we are very pleased. Will update if that changes.

We bough this to extend access into our hot tub. Putting it together was a pain:directions-black/white photos, semi-understandable so I figured it out, BUT-washers were provided but not used according to directions? Tabs were somewhat irregular and one did not fit into groove (warped?). Storage is open in back so can’t use due to critters getting inside (high desert location). Should have just bought a regular step for $60 rather than spend the extra for storage. Also hoping it doesn’t come apart with the little 1” screws provided. The plastic seems durable and we will see how good the “non-slip” claim really is. Might have to add non-skid tape or something.

I used these as replacement steps to enter a rental home from the garage. Worked perfectly. It was a little difficult assembling alone with no rubber hammer but everything went together as expected. Saved me a lot of time and money building new steps.

In than a month, the screws already show rust and the middle of the step bows when my husband gets in the hot tub. Also, storage compartment is just a bag, not enclosed by a true back. Easy for critters to chew through.

Sturdy. But after only a couple months the lid is warping and not closing fully, so spiders are getting in.
