I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the product I received today, July 28, 2025. The mobile device's call history displays a list of calls from the past two months. This has resulted in a very unsatisfactory experience. I am left wondering how I can trust this shopping experience.(Amazon)

Sim not working in phone
The phone is really cute and nice. But when I insert the SIM card. It’s still shows that “no SIM card inserted”. Please insert SIM card. I converted the SIM card into 2g as well. Still SIM card not working
