Can get it to register on my iPhone 5!

Cant get my iPhone 5 to recognize it, so I dont know if any of the functions work at all. Cant find a company website or any source of troubleshooting. The user manual is miniscule and provides no help. No other reviews, so cant tell if this has worked for anyone. I will try some other devices and update this review if I can get it to work.

Buyer Beware!

Not as advertised. I had high hopes for this item but no luck. Does not connect well to iPhone or Android, runs out of battery charge in a day, cheaply made plastic strap and not at all waterproof. Even if it worked, my dog would destroy it in an hour. The app is not at all intuitive and uses weird icons that have no obvious meaning. The instructions are written in Chinlish and give no clue as to how the collar or app function. Not sure if I am more disappointed having wasted the time or the return shipping charges.
