Can you use these cloths on tablets and reading glasses

I have used the cloths on both glasses and my tablet with no problems at all.

Are these sutable for cleaning spectacles / vision glasses without scratching the glass?

Yes, they won't scratch them. Although I'd use actual glass cleaner cloths or pads. These are huge. Better for mirrors, chrome, stainless steel and windows. Anything really, but for glasses? Not really.

Do the colours of these cloths run in the washing machine when you wash them?

I have not washed them in the machine but I have washed them with water til it’s clean and they hold the colour
