The work in the long-term office caused me to get severe cervical spondylosis.Its always hurts, Read about this pillow and expected garbage like the rest. This pillow is amazing. For the first time my neck pain went away for 3-4 hrs after waking up. When my neck flares up I have to go lay down on this pillow to releive pain. I do not know why it works, but its supports you at all pressure points and your neck relaxes is my guess. You must try it if your in pain. Its small when you unbox it and has a oder, but after a day it expands and smell is gone. Best money i ever spent on a pillow and i tried many. I found its curved on one side and flat on other, flat side up seems to work best.
