Great keyboard! That’s it.
responsive keys and the lights/sound of the keys are amazing! The only thing I’d knock points for is that the letters on the keys don’t light up but besides that I love this keyboard and the little gif in the corner!Sound quality:Sounds so nice typingBuild quality:It is well made and everything works as intended Why did you pick this product vs others?:The design, artistry, and build

Great out of the box for Windows and Mac, but Linux users have a little work to do.
I never heard of the brand before. I was watching a recent Linus Tech Tips video and Pleuf mentioned the brand and the aluminum clad version of this keyboard and that it was a great value for the money. My Razer mechanical keyboard has been irritating me lately and for the price, it was hard to ignore. I know I'm going to miss having a numpad on my keyboard but I really only use it for unlocking my computer.A warning to other linux users. The F keys do not work as the normal F1-F12 keys. They only picked up as the app or system shortcut key as if you were holding down the Fn key. I installed input-remapper and was able to change each to the proper F key designation. Took maybe 5 minutes and I left F10-F12 as volume control keys. The linux issue is the only reason for 4 stars and not 5. No reason for it to act like that other than simply ignoring linux users outright.----------------------------A hand full of days later and I am so happy with this keyboard. The sound it makes when typing is so satisfying and down right pleasant to hear. The feel of the surface of the keys is a smooth matte feeling. I've cycled through the RGB pattern choices and there are several that I could see myself rotating through from time to time. I changed my star rating from 4 to 5 because even with the work around to get the F keys working correctly on linux, its such a good keyboard for the price. 10/10, would recommend to anyone that wants a great first (or in my case fourth) mechanical keyboard.

I Love it
I'm in love with this keyboard. I'm writing my review with it now. it sounds very nice, it reminds me of a typewriter, and all the light modes it has are very interesting. not things I've seen on a keyboard before. its highly customizable the little screen is adorable, and does have use besides a cute little gif to put on it, you can change the brightness of the lights on the keyboard and your pc sound, the lighting effects, color, and speeds, you can also swap the language from English to Chinese. its all very cool. it also comes with a couple extra keys you can swap[ like the spacebar, and i chose the esc key for the other one. I've only had it for a day but i do find it very enjoyable

A fantastic keyboard value ruined by south-facing switches.
There are a lot of great things about this keyboard, and only one con, which I will get to. It's well constructed with almost zero flex and no squishiness in the middle. It sounds amazing and deeply thocky. It has a gorgeous Kanagawa design with the theme on the front and back. The layout is great and I can type very fast on it. Also, the price is incredibly low for the level of quality you get.The "meh" are the screen (which really doesn't serve any purpose). You can put GIFs on it if you like. It otherwise just shows the settings, but that's not necessary either. The software to power the LEDs is also rather lackluster and I would have preferred compatibility with SignalRGB or the like. Now for the big con: south-facing LEDs. I don't know who ever thought this was a good idea, but all they do is blind the user and make any kind of glowing legends useless. It doesn't matter what kind of lighting you use with it if it's just shining directly at your face from the bottom of the keys. I still use the keyboard for all the good qualities, but am looking for something to replace it. In the meantime I have disabled the RGB, which just means it's going to waste. If you're a touch-typist or have a very well-lit desk, you'll likely be okay with it. I've also seen some people say there are ways to put tape on it to help with that, and I may have to resort to that, and again it seems like a problem that didn't need to exist in the first place. But since everything else about the keyboard is so good, I'll give it 4 stars.
