This is a good quality, well-priced mat to give some extra cushion to my knees and feet for certain exercises. My friend ordered the same one that she has used daily for six months, and it still looks great and has the same cushion. I waited forever to get this mat, but I wish I had gotten it sooner. It really makes a difference.
