My Tom Tom tracker strap has broken... I would like a replacement item. How do I go about this???

Split after just 4 months of use. This is the second official strap to fail within a year. Not worth the premium price.

acquistato dopo aver rotto il cinturino originale nella scatola dell'orologio.è il cinturino originale tom tom, quindi ha gli stessi pregi e gli stessi difetti del cinturino che si trova nella scatola. dopo qualche mese di attività sportiva e di conseguenti lavaggi, il cinturino si sfoglia dalla pellicola che ricopre la plastica che diventa più facile da rompere. credo che non si possa cambiare cinturino ogni 4-5 mesi e spendere 30 € ogni volta... però al momento non credo ci sia di meglio.

Cara y de mal resultado
Compré la pulsera aunque me pareció muy cara (más de 25€) y aunque me pareció de buena calidad, no ha durado ni 6 meses.Se ha roto el plástico por dos sitios por dónde debe de sujetar la mecánica.No se lo recomiendo a nadie.Voy a ponerme la negra que viene de fábrica y si esa se rompe, guardaré el TomTom en un cajón porque por poco más que vale la correa puedo comprar un Xiaomi completo.

Empfindich, geht schnell kaputt, viel zu Teuer!
Nach 4 Monaten schon das zweite Band eingerissen und nicht mehr zu gebrauchen. Soll ich jetzt wirklich alle 2 Monate ein neues Band für 27€ kaufen? Wirklich nicht, vor allem weil die HK für dieses Spritzgussteil vermutlich ein paar Cent betragen! Das Band wandert samt der Touch in den Müll. Tut mir leid TomTom!

Un mes me ha durado😪
Un mes me ha durado! La original que venía con el reloj me duró un año y esta no ha llegado al mes. Ya me pareció que no era tan dura como la otra. Y cómo con la nueva actualización se debe cargar cada 3-4 días se tiene que sacar más el reloj. Justamente de ahí se me ha abierto y si no voy con cuidado se me cae el reloj.

Batterie laden eingerissen, das Problem scheint mir nicht nur das Band sondern auch die Kadio Uhr von Tom Tom zu sein, eine Uhr die aller 24 Stunden geladen werden muss ist nicht Marktreif..., da meine Uhr nur 9,95 € bei Media Markt gekostet hat, ist alles tragbar..., beide Teile habe ich nun entsorgt...! Verstehe TomTom nicht wie man so ein Produkt auf den Markt bringen kann...!

Pulsera cara para la calidad que tiene
La pulsera original es cara para la calidad que tiene. La compré porque estaba en oferta. Llevo usando la pulsera desde enero'17 y me ha durado hasta noviembre'17 sin hacer un mal uso de ella.Hubiera comprado una de las baratas pero he leído comentarios de que no se adapta bien al 100% el dispositivo.

Leider nicht zu Empfehlen
Ich habe diesen Artikel Ende Mai 2018 bekommen und Mitte Oktober war er leider schon kaputt. Ich persönlich finde den Artikel viel zu teuer, für seine Lebensdauer. Bin echt enttäuscht. Die zwei Sterne gibt es auch nur, da die Lieferung schnell war und das Produkt aussieht, wie abgebildet. Nicht zu empfehlen.

La pulsera es de una calidad lamentable. No recomiendo la compra de este producto. Amazon debería retirarlo. Después de un mes y medio de uso se ha roto y Amazon no me da la opción de reembolso ni de cambio ni nada

Mucha variedad d colores , pero el plástico que bordea el reloj y lo sujeta, se rompen con facilidad

il cinturino è arrivato nei tempi definiti. Dopo soli due mesi si è praticamente come sciolto. Non capisco con che materiale sia costruito

Nulla da dire, il cinturino è il solito che viene venduto all'acquisto. Molto gradevole la colorazione. Ne consiglio l'acquisto immediato.

Finger weg
Dieses teure Armband war nach wenigen Wochen schon eingerissen, so dass die Uhr nicht mehr fest in der Position saß.Das ist Schund und nicht das Geld wert. So ein Wegwerfprodukt darf nicht mehr als einen Euro kosten!Das ist natürlich meine ganz persönliche Meinung.

Wechselarmband wurde sehr schnell geliefert, Farbe ist auch schön... Der Preis für so ein Originalband ist zwar recht hoch, aber dafür passt das Gerät perfekt hinein, im Gegensatz zu den günstigere Bändern, es lohnt sich etwas mehr Geld auszugeben
