My family and I placed this Shepard's hook at my dad's gravestone.I looked through a lot and this one was the perfect one for us.At the cemetary, we were only allowed one item in the ground.This hook holds well with the 4 stakes it offers.Also, with the two side hooks and a center point, we could do a birdhouse, basket with some weatherproof gifts from the kids, and can still do a festive wreath for the holidays.It's pretty with a simple style!Also, I love how you can add or take away parts of the post to adjust the height. My mom is fairly short, so we could adjust it to her liking so when she goes to add or fix anything on the hooks, she can easily reach it.Assembly is very easy and I was able to get my 3yr old involved in helping put it together so she felt a part. 😊This one was the best one for us.

The shepherd hooks were very nice looking and sturdy. I like that they had 4 prongs to anchor it into the ground. It makes it sturdier and keeps it standing straighter. The only negative was that it wasn’t quite tall enough as we hoped to be able to see the birdfeeders hanging from it above our deck rail. The height mentioned must have included the prongs that hold it up. However since there were 2 hooks and 2 complete poles included, we used a segment from one pole to make the other one taller and it holds 2 feeders above our deck rail. We can use the remaining parts for a shorter hook some where else. Good product and quality for the money.

I've purchased this shepherd hook 3 times in the past few months. I really like them. They are easy to put in the ground with your foot. I have two glass lanterns hanging on each side of each hook around my yard. I'd recommend them. We've had a few storms roll through but they didn't affect these. They are sturdy enough. They are a good height as well.

I love the fact that you can adjust the height to how tall or short you want them by simply removing a section. The steel is sturdy and they anchor well into the ground. I place two solar lanterns on them by the angel statue on a bench I have in my front yard. They illuminate her well. Well worth the money. I would have paid twice the price for them.

When I had two poles destroyed by a bear, I ordered these. I am very pleased. They were easy to assemble and reasonably sturdy. They are reasonably priced. I like the fact that I could make them higher with adding one more pole, but I chose the current height because it is easy for me to take the feeders in each night and put them out again in the morning.

I was VERY impressed with this (these) item(s) (as they come as a two pack). I have MANY shepherd hooks for only a few are tall enough for my needs. I've been looking for "just the right one" for months now and took a chance on these -- because they ARE adjustable and I love the DOUBLE HOOKS on them. PERFECT for my hummingbird feeders with a nice plant on the other side! The 5-pronged base seems to be QUITE sturdy, so no complaints there. They go quite deep into the ground and aren't "tilting" one way or the other. Hope they weather the winter but so far, I am extremely pleased with this purchase AND this product.

The Shepherd's hooks were excellent, easy to assemble, and went into the earth with ease. Ours haven't been used to hang anything heavy but they felt sturdy and stable. Assembly was cool and I realized that the height adjustment happens via detachable pole extensions. At first I thought it would be an inconvenience to not have a twisting adjustment build into the pole, however, when installing I realized that the hooks definitely won't slip! Sometimes with twist adjustments the grip lessens over time and you end up with a shortened or broken staff. Anyways so far so good.I felt weird about putting a photo in the review as it's a close relative's gravesite, if you know what I mean.
