Well made. Deep enough to accept a large book. Page holders are well made and strategically positioned. Not complicated and very functional for a variety of applications. Attractive and not bulky. Made of wood and sturdy

Sturdy, wood cookbook stand holder. I was looking for something I could rest my cookbooks on and tilt. This is great and has little tabs that bend and move up and down, providing pressure to keep pages down. Color is great too. No assembly required, just use the notches to adjust how much tilt viewing you want.

Very nice, sturdy book stand, but the full-sized platform footing limits placement of the stand on cramped desk or surface areas. This is not a design flaw, but just a simple trade-off of having a seemingly sturdier full-sized foot-bed versus one that has just a center section that is about 1/3 the width of platform that just sticks out the back. Other book stands that just have a middle section support allows the stand to be "tucked into more places on a desk without the corners of full-sized platform getting in the way. If you have a cramped surface area, this is just a consideration about this item...the item itself is a five-star product.

It's sturdy, well-designed, the page clips work really well, it's just what I wanted.

I use it for 1200+ page comic omnibus books and it’s quite sturdy. I like the wood look. Even has page stopper,little arms that hold page in case of wind or whatnot … if or when it wears out, I will buy another just like it. Came with a cup place holder disc as complementary. For me, 5 stars.

Perfect size for law school textbooks; however, the metal prongs are not as strong as I would prefer. Still works well, just a minor defect.

It’s the perfect size and weight to hold a very very large book or cookbook, which is what we are using it for. The adjustable tilt is wonderful. It folds up so beautifully for storage and certainly does not take up much space on the counter. The item is so worth it!

This is perfect for holding books, large or small. It collapses into a flat position perfect for traveling or storage.
