my grandson has had hours of fun playing with this set.

Cheap, broken parts, bad directions

I got this for my son. He likes it. They do work with name brand Legos. Some things are a little loose, others are almost too tight but all together I am happy with this purchase and definitely recommend getting this for anyone who likes Legos. Also was impressed with how much stuff came with it and the quality is decent for the price

*Edit* My son let found the instructions for this set that we didn’t realize fell out. They pretty vague instructions and not as detailed as other popular sets, but having them has allowed my son to use this set to its full potential. He loves it even more now that he knows he has the base built properly!*Original Review* Knocking this down a bit from being amazing because there are no instructions included. While it isn’t a problem for my son to use his imagination and build a base, a set of instructions, especially for younger kids would make it much easier. For this reason, I don’t really think this set is very giftable.The pieces that are included for the weapons are really awesome though and are compatible with other popular brands. There is such a wide range of pieces here that you can build a really impressive base and battle with your building sets. We really do love this set, but some indication of what it is somewhere with it is necessary I feel.
