This product was by far the best wound cleaner. It also healed remove gauze pads with ease which were stuck on to the wound.I highly recommend.

Good wound care cleaner

Bought this to manage the incision left post knee replacement op. Only 4 stars because the neck of the bottle under the cap split when opening it for the first time. I kept it in the fridge as a precaution which also unexpectedly added to the benefits of irrigating the wound.

I have one as a spray, and it’s really good, doesn’t hurt wounds at all, and helps healing them as well. This one isn’t a spray, and can’t find one anywhere; but I checked that the solution ingredients are the same so I will just pour it in a spray bottle.

Octenilin Wound Irrigation exceeded my expectations. It effectively cleans and disinfects wounds without causing any pain or irritation. The convenient bottle packaging makes application easy and precise. I highly recommend it for wound care.

I use in my ingrowing toe nail after being recommended by a podiatrist. Soaked the solution in cotton wool and wrapped it around my toe. Although the infection was still there it stopped it getting worse.
