My husband and I both have been in search for a pillow that works for us, so I was excited to try this one especially with it having a cooling effect which it does - I was impressed. The quality of this pillow is great. With that being said it is very firm, halfway through the night I had to switch pillows. I had my husband try it and he loves it and it is the only pillow he uses. If you are one that needs a firm pillow, I recommend you try it.

I have tried several memory foam pillows in my life, and often they are too firm, too soft, or too small. So I was cautiously hopeful about this one. When I received it I was pleasantly surprised!I am tall and thin. I have wide shoulders and like to sleep on my side, so many of the memory foam pillows I've had are not thick enough to feel comfortable for me. This one actually has decent thickness, and is in the "goldilocks" zone for me of being not-too-soft and not-too-hard! I appreciate its relatively bigger size (compared to other foam pillows I've used) and comfort. Although I wouldn't say it is "cooling", it does feel cooler than other memory foam pillows I have used, and the pillow case helps a lot - it feels cool to the touch initially, and the parts I am not sleeping on get re-cooled very quickly, so when my head feels too hot I just move it over a few inches to a different spot on the pillow and feel better. This is my favorite foam pillow yet; would recommend!

I like this pillow. I was at first hesitant because I thought I wouldn't like the uneven foam when I saw the pics, but I wanted to try it out anyways. I'm glad I did because it didn't bother me in the least. The foam is quality but on the firm side for my tastes. It's so close to being as squishy yet firm enough as my current shredded memory foam pillow. So I debated with myself which I like better and decided my current edges it out slightly so I'm going to stick with it as my main. But this is still a great pillow and will be a lot easier to travel with since my main is a much bigger king size pillow. When it comes to the cover though this pillow has my main beat hands down. It's so soft, stretchy, and cools way more. The zipper has a little cover over for it on the end too which was a nice touch. I always hated scraping my arms on exposed zippers on other pillows I've tried.This pillow is definitely worth checking out.

I have slept with this one night and so far I like it. Didn't miss my old pillow.The pillow comes tightly packed in plastic for a smaller shipping profile. Expands to full shape quickly after unwrapping. It's covered in a cool-to-the-touch fabric, ideal for those who heat up while sleeping, like me. The contoured design is not visible in my photos but I felt like it helped my sleep posture. My photos show both sides of the pillow but it's not easy to tell which side is contoured by sight alone.I've used it once and had a good night's sleep. No neck pain, and no arm numbness (I'm a back and side sleeper). I slept with the thicker part of the pillow under my neck last night and felt just fine. I might play around with the pillow's positioning a bit more tonight - I like that the contour gives me options.Will continue to use this as my main pillow, and will update review if anything changes. But for now, I'd say I happily recommend it.

I have chronic neck and shoulder problems, and I sleep in all positions - side, back, stomach - depending on the moment in the night. I have tried all manner of other pillows- soft, firm, heavy memory foam, buckwheat filled, polyfilled, down, etc. This pillow is amazing and blows all of the others out of the water. It is light weight, but the memory foam is very sturdy. The cover is soft and not sweaty. The ergonomic shape really works! In just a couple weeks, I have noticed a difference in my neck. Do not hesitate - get this pillow if you've been struggling to find "the one."

The pillow is clearly good quality and doesn't smell. It isn't as firm as I thought it would be, but my wife, who deals with neck pain, loves it because it's comfortable. We think buying it was a good choice

For anyone, who like me is looking for a cooling pillow. This most definately NOT!. While all pillows may feel cool to the touch in a cooler room, it is also winter after all, within 2 minutes, if even that long, after you put your head on it, it is already hot on that spot so you're forced to kepp shifting and turning the pillow searching for a cooler place to lay your head. This is because there is absolutely NO cooling gel to this pillow, it is all hot making foam. So disappointed. Also while, I wanted support to avoid feeling my hard arm underneath the pillow, this pillow is quite hard and dense. Seriously disappointed and feeling mislead by the false advertisement that this is cooling when it clearly is not.
